Why some are more successful in business, science or technology than others?
The following message is GOLD: Persistence is Key to Success. Persistence is so important to your achievements in life and business that will eventually and certainly pay off. This is especially true when dealing with the ultra-competitive niche of EU Funding and International subsidies for science and innovation (e.g. Horizon 2020, SME Instrument, Eurostars, etc.).
When investing on an enterprise or R&D institution, persistence and dedication will be the key to success. A lot of people are under the misconception that you could toss money right into a business and then sick back again and wait around to make a killing living. Unfortunately, there isn’t any magic button you can push for immediate prosperity, unless of course you win the lottery.
There isn’t any substitute for being persistent. It can’t be replaced by any other quality! Remember this, and it will provide you with the strength to carry on, in the beginning, when the heading may seem tough and slow. Those that have cultivated the behaviour of persistence seem to enjoy insurance coverage against failure. No matter how many occasions they are defeated, they lastly get there at the leading from the mountain.
Those who apply “take it” are rewarded for their PERSISTENCE. They receive, as their compensation, whatever goal they are pursuing. They represent individuals and businesses who know that defeat is absolutely nothing more than short-term. They are the ones whose desires are so PERSISTENTLY applied that defeat is finally altered into victory.
