Octopux Consulting, in partnership with Knowledge E (a Dubai-based training company), has successfully delivered 4 practical workshops on “Preparing Successful Grant Proposals: The case of Horizon 2020” on 4-7 December 2017 in Cairo, Egypt. The client of such workshops is the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
This course provided a general overview on the typical principals of a successful grant application, based on the experience from the European Union. The course provided a review on core components of the grant application process as per EU/international standards. Each one of the 4 sessions included hands-on exercises, examples of successful grant applications prepared by Octopux, and displayed a variety of tools and practices that can be utilised by prospective scholars.
