On 13-14 April 2017, Octopux Consulting successfully conducted a hands-on-approach workshop on Horizon 2020’s SME Instrument in Ankara (Turkey). The in-house training was delivered to Proline, an innovative Turkish SME specialised in the following areas: security system software, geographic information systems, biometric features of electronic identification that enables the live scanning of finger prints, traces of blood vessels, palm print, etc.
During the workshop, it was given a special focus on preparing a winning proposal as well as project reporting under the SME Instrument. Five real-life examples of winning proposals prepared by Octopux were shown, in first-hand, to the audience. With currently at least 20 winning cases, Octopux revealed to the audience the secrets applied during the bid writing phase that contributed to the approval of such project proposals.
